Every time I come in here something gets screwed up. They give wrong directions and I wait somewhere I’m not even supposed to be now I come in for a dot physical and have been waiting for the doctor for an hr. The process to get here took an hr so I’ve been here a total of 2 hrs for something so quick. I’m sick of coming to this place with incompetent people who care nothing about your time.
Just had a odot cdl medical card done here. As a crazy nervous person when it comes to doctors the staff were unbelievably kind and helped me in every way possible. Couldn’t thank them enough. I’ll definitely be going back to them.
The staff here is pretty friendly and helpful so if I based my review on that it would be much better. The main reason for two stars is the fact that they take a 2 hour lunch. The occupational medicine doesn't bother to put that on their website. So I show up at 12:45pm expecting to be seen and I'm told that I have to come back after 2:00pm. They do not do pre-employment DOT physicals or drug screens between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Just figured I'd let people know since they don't bother to put this information on their website.... read more
Not able to do the urinalysis in a timely manner or give an accurate estimation of how long the process will take. People have lives and obligations. You need to be give your customers a better estimation of the time involved so they can plan appropriately. Rude phone attendant
