I was just seen by Maureen Pelsmaeker in Physical Therapy, and her billing staff charged me $1100 for a 45 minute visit. If you want a nightmarish experience as a physical therapy patient, with difficult booking of appointments for Maureen and patient account price gouging with no remorse by staff who upcode and upcharge, this is your clinic. I won't be back, and neither will my family.
Cathy Fraser is an excellent physical therapist. She got me moving painlessly again! My knee and hip had been bothering me for years. Cathy introduced me to exercises to strengthen my glutes and quads, advised me to quit hyper-extending my joints in yoga, suggested that I eat more protein, clued me in to other causes of inflammation, helped me find the correct shoes, and more. I am no longer favoring one leg and can painlessly hike trails that I haven’t done in years. Cathy knows her stuff.
The BCH Occupational Therapy Clinic provides outstanding compassionate care. Thank you for all that you do and the holistic and person-centered care that you provide!
