Only giving 2 stars vs 1 because Mike at the front desk was very professional. Tech who took sample was miserable and unfriendly. Rolling her eyes, one word answers, etc. If hate your job so much, here’s an idea, find a new one, don’t take it out on patients.
I am honestly confused by other reviews here. I have had nothing but good experiences with every member of the staff. They have gone out of their way to work with my work schedule when making appointments and Dr Shreck and Javier have been wonderful.
While checking in staff took several calls and checked out other patients before finishing greeting or checking me in. I stood at counter over 10 min with no one before me, from the moment I walked in .. I have never watched a medical staff say to my face when another client walked in "I can help you she can wait" if there's a more formal complaint system I would like to use it. Took another call and I stood for 20 minutes total before staff finally said (only after I asked) I could have a seat they would be with me in a mom... read more
Had my first dot physical yesterday, and was asked to empty my pockets before the urine test. I left my wallet and phone where instructed, last night noticed there was $100, (2x50) missing. My question, is it common procedure to make one empty their pockets
If I could have given this place a zero I would have! Son’s appointment was at 1:30pm, went to the window at 2:15pm to see how much longer it was going to be as he still was not seen. The person at the front desk stated that it was going to be at least another 30/40 mins as the doctor just went in to the patient before him. Lack of communication and complete BS, because heaven forbid a patient is late, then we have to reschedule and still make payment! Avoid if possible!
