Absolutely train wreck of an organization no one knows what they’re doing. I had three people giving me one test all arguing with each other! (run don't walk) I came for a certain test. They ended up giving me a bunch of other test. I waited an hour and 20 minutes just to be seen. They’re awfully understaffed The worst experience I’ve ever had in my 48 years unbelievabl….

Only giving 2 stars vs 1 because Mike at the front desk was very professional. Tech who took sample was miserable and unfriendly. Rolling her eyes, one word answers, etc. If hate your job so much, here’s an idea, find a new one, don’t take it out on patients.
I am honestly confused by other reviews here. I have had nothing but good experiences with every member of the staff. They have gone out of their way to work with my work schedule when making appointments and Dr Shreck and Javier have been wonderful.
