Injured my shoulder at work. Had to go to occupational medicine. Got there at 12:30. Sign on the desk "Front desk will return at 1:15". So I have to wait 45 minutes before I can even ask to see someone. It's absurd that they can't be bothered to staff the department during regular hours.
Must be a requirement to get a person off the phone as fast as you can- trying to reach on the job occ med department - phone # does not work - operator continues to give me the same number - the options you select say there is an error and then hangs up - on ALL and ANY options you select .
The worst. Appointments are available only through the call center. No direct line.
