This place is Rude and mean as hell to patients.I was creamed at by Doctor in here Calling me a liar.I had MRI photos as proof that I don't lie that I had a head bump.I don't know how to complain in here but being treated with disrespect is top priority of everyone in this department

If you're in excruciating pain, do not go to Dr Tran.. I initially went there in level 9/ 10 pain from a work injury. At it's most extreme pain ,I couldn't stand or sit for longer than 10 minutes. At this level I told him,more than once ,the anxiety/depression and the thought of harming myself from the pain. Most of about the 5 weeks I sought help, he refused to deal with my pain. I Would do 0 stars if it was possible. Do Not go here for any reason for a work Injury. I have worked for my employer 17 years , 14 on Night crew my job is VERY physical. I went here looking for Help and Caring and Compassion from a physcian and was treated like a complete Bum off the streets. Luckily i stood up for my rights and for what i felt was true and after the Crackpot Doctor here said everything was No from work. The system there has greatly responsive, helpful and very caring. I had no problems getting questions answered as I am new to this process. The staff has been very helpful and kind. Thank you
