Super fast and got me into a last minute appt. The dr gave me some medical advice for other medical issues besides what i came in for. Very kind from desk ladies and they get you in fast.
Didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes and I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment to do paperwork. Dr. Charles Laroche was great and receptive my needs. I think he's a Doctor that cares about his patients! Hopefully I don't need OHS again but if I did, I would go to him!
Tey have poor desk reception staff and when you give them the energy they give you ,passive aggressive, snobby and undereducated then they want to flip it and lie on you and say you are "hostile" and aggressive...ohhhkay lol 😂 funny, and this office has a lot of rude people at the front desk.who can't take the attitude they dish out.i liked my Doctor tho and the physical therapy staff.. anyway, .I was lied to by desk staff after showing up a few minutes late. and told I was told I had no coverage from Kaiser when I've been ... read more
