Nazly PT was very welcoming, listened carefully to all my symptoms and concerns, made me feel comfortable throughout the exam and well explained my symptoms including the anatomy examples so I could clearly understand why I was experiencing my discomfort and soreness, She gave me clear next steps and PT homework.
I felt Jimmie Zinn was very personable from our introduction in the lobby before we got to the treatment room. He had read my chart and knew my history, especially as we laughed about funny Dr notes. The treatment room for PT is awesome. Follow-up to my first PT appointment. I've seen Jimmie several times. He continues to encourage and advise on the exercise I can do, on a daily basis, to continue my strengthening. I am feeling really excited about getting back to gardening and trail walking. Had a good experience at my las appointment. Saw Dr Kwak for an in office procedure and he was thorough in explaining the process including the risks and benefits. Had the procedure and pleased with the outcome.
