Great place! I come here annually for my DOT physical and have ALWAYS been treated with the highest level of respect and care. Sam who is usually at the reception desk will greet you with the nicest smile, and then Sarah will bring you to the exam room. I normally see Tracy, the Nurse Practitioner, who’s very thorough whilst not wasting anytime, she appreciates the fact that time is money! You can never go wrong here, they have certainly earned my highest rating of 5 stars!
My appointment was at 9:30 am. I'm still sitting in the waiting room as I write this. It is now 11:20 am. This is absurd and unacceptable for any doctor's office. BID Occupational needs to address this issue.
