The nurse practitioner Trudy was very unprofessional. I went in for some women issues and she didn't even run any tests on me. All she did was look at my lady parts and suggest I use some cream. I was highly upset because I asked her to run an std test and she refused. Then when I was talking to her about my concerns she ignored me and said well you can just go to the hospital and walked out the room. So unprofessional. I will be calling Monday to speak to someone in charge.
