Both my husband and I had routine procedures completed at Gerber Hospital and we used his insurance. The hospital took the insurance information, but they didn't follow through with billing the insurance company. Eleven months later we are still dealing with bills that were never sent to insurance company or billed to us and my husband's company changed insurance carriers since those appointments.
