The staff, and ppl at the front desk and nurses was awesome. Dr. Munro was very dry, and kept trying to down play my pain level. Then she kept trying to tell me that she has back problems and that her back hurts to. I'm not here to listen to you tell me about your medical problems. It felt like she didn't care how I was feeling. It was kinda like talking to a concrete walk. Dr Munro made the experience super uncomfortable. Simple questions turned into awkward interrogation. When I said something it was met with condescension and it made me very confused. She has no business being a doctor with those communication skills. However front desk and nurses were awesome they took care of me.
Can’t give them a zero star rating
Very unfortunate any employer would use this facility for their employees. Care with Munro is subpar at most. Expect a less than thorough exam. People at the front desk, vitals, and checkout have been wonderful.
Doctor Munro is very unprofessional and lacks any type of emotion, it's like speaking to a robot. Look elsewhere for medical help. You cannot bring anyone back due to privacy, but my wife can speak about my medical issue over the phone, makes no sense.
