Wow AVOID by all means! I’m sure there might be some nice Drs but this Dr Li definitely was arrogant, rude and unprofessional (reading and replying to messages while a patient is talking). He doesn’t listen to the patient and just disregards anything you say. He seems to be very incompetent at his job and probably hard of hearing too! Absolutely terrible experience. I was told to arrive at 8:00 am for my pre-employment medical, and I ended up wasting over three hours mostly just sitting and waiting. People who arrived long after me were seen straight away, while I was left wondering what was going on. When I finally asked, they casually mentioned my appointment was actually booked for 9:30 am. something nobody ever told me! Despite all the bad reviews I read and got a bit worried, I actually genuinely had a decent experience here! The staff were nice, friendly and professional and I didn’t even have to wait that long to complete my medical. It was overall really good :))
After reading the reviews for Occumed Redcliffe, I was concerned. My experience was nothing but positive- with all employees being friendly, polite and professional. A far better experience than I've had at other pre-employment medical clinics.
