I rent a post office box so that my mail will not be delivered to my home address. My home mailbox is in a row of them on a well traveled street in a town where mail theft is frequent. I was not happy to find my tax statement in my street mailbox instead of my post office box. I was assured that the problem was being fixed. Fast forward. I’d give 5 stars if they’d stop sending mail to my street mailbox instead of using my mailing address which is secure in a post office box. It has only happened twice but it is two times too many. The first time it happened I called about it and I was told that it did in fact go to my P.O. Box. Upon my insistence that it be looked into since that was not true, it was, and I received an apology. Their atm took 850$ of my money I was attempting to deposit. when I went in to ask for help the employees said “sorry there’s nothing we can do, have a nice day” they offered zero assistance in anyway in solving said issue. Very unhelpful employees
Long hold times and they are always sorry but can not fix it along with very rude!! I have been here since 2006 and will be closing and moving to selco
