My experience with OCCU has been a nightmare. It's been the worst experience I have ever had with any credit union and I urge individuals to pick a different credit union/lender. They absolutely do not care about you and have issues with communicating properly within their own department. I have an auto loan with OCCU. Opened a business account a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it's been headaches ever since. 1. Went into bank on my day off, the Friday before Veteran's Day. There was no banker on duty so had to wait another week to talk to someone. 2. Opened my account with my new business representative. Had to leave that branch with no debit card.
