The best choice I ever made was switching to OCCU.
Phone doesn’t work. Unsure why. No calls back either. Called like 20 times and got the same result on every automated option. Not even a single call back either
Love banking here. Very good interest rates. Much better than other banks-started (I think)during pandemic. Rates going down a bit these days but still better than other banks and credit unions. Rates better than most on CDs. Staff knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Nice atmosphere. There are several locations all over town in Eugene, OR, where I live.
