Love banking here. Very good interest rates. Much better than other banks-started (I think)during pandemic. Rates going down a bit these days but still better than other banks and credit unions. Rates better than most on CDs. Staff knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Nice atmosphere. There are several locations all over town in Eugene, OR, where I live.
Got an auto loan through occu was given a higher interest rate and told i could refinance it in 6 months for an appropriate rate. Really wanted the truck so I accepted. It's been over a year and I keep getting told no to refinancing. So they will lie to get you to accept to terms that are outrageous. Horrible bank. I also have great credit. I received an inherited account which required a signature guarantee and lots of supporting documentation. When I first received the documents, I was a bit confused about exactly how to proceed.
