Ryan Lansen is a very rude person. Ryan Lansen doesn't listen to customers. As customers, we need to be heard. And Ryan Lansen replied, "We don't just sit around doing nothing in the office. I'll call you back when we can." I don't think it needed to be said. Ryan Lansen didn't let me finish and hung up on me. That's how you customers are. I would never do business with you again
I just wanted to leave an excellent review for OCCU. Every time I call everyone is so nice to me in my experience even if I have to wait five or 10 minutes online is so worth it. Thank you to all the people that I’ve spoken to in regards to my loan. And a big thank you tell the supervisors who have always been so kind When helping me❣️. Long waits, horribly understaffed drive-through is a joke. Go to a different branch.
I wouldn't recommend this bank to my enemies. Just another low effort, uncaring bank that tells you they care. I'm closing my checking and savings accounts and taking my business elsewhere. Your customer service departments can be thanked for losing a 4 year customer
Shuts down checking account without contacting. Been in the dark for a few weeks. Haven't been able to get ahold of. Bunch of scammers.
