I love this Community Bank
Since people seldom read middling reviews, I've posted a one-star here. Wonderful credit union with a critical service flaw: The OCCU have been a very good bunch to work with, but there are no direct phone numbers to branches. You get sent to a central office whose staff have no idea about how to do simple things (make an appointment to access a safe deposit box for example), claiming that they're seldom asked about it. Occu is bs. Sending 100s of letters, bank app always down, can't cash a check from work directly thru the teller. Can't make it anymore difficult for me cuz I'm going back to selco. owner: go back to college and figure your life out.
