I went into my Royal Street branch and spoke with her as I was going to be out of the country when I had some accounts that needed to be dealt with before I returned. I told her I had access to Email while out of the country and she said if I would contact her a couple of days before the transactions needed to be made, she would handle it for me. I had a very disappointing experience with OCCU and would not recommend them for an auto loan. After taking out my car loan, OCCU increased my monthly payment from $226 to $411 by adding collateral protection insurance (CPI), claiming that I had not provided proof of the required insurance coverage.
