Isaac ( handsome kid with the glasses) who works at this branch is the All Star for this branch! He is not only fast and so nice he saved me tons!! He informed me that OCCU offers car insurance ( which why didn’t the people at the Keizer branch tell me that when I got my car loan….unfortunately was not cheaper than my current car insurance) but he saved me over $300 By letting me know about OCCU’s home owner insurance!!!
Cool credit union. They invest into our community when they can. I can’t say the same about other banks.

Since people seldom read middling reviews, I've posted a one-star here. Wonderful credit union with a critical service flaw: The OCCU have been a very good bunch to work with, but there are no direct phone numbers to branches. You get sent to a central office whose staff have no idea about how to do simple things (make an appointment to access a safe deposit box for example), claiming that they're seldom asked about it.
