I just sent in a review yesterday about deleted on line bank data. I will let everyone know if I don't get a response from OCCU. I have not yet. Last name of my and my son's accounts is Chernaik.I got a response!!! But it refers me to their 800 phone number that takes a LONG time to get through. I am doubtful they could help me anyway. I need to be connected with a person in the Digital DEPT. When I changed account numbers for my accounts all of the on line data was gone except for after the date I changed the account numbers. I did not open new accounts. No one has helped me get the data back or even contacted me to inform me of the status of my situation or whether they can help me at all. The branch manager is aware and still I’ve heard nothing.
Frank is awesome! He helped me get a loan that GREATLY lowered my monthly payments and total debt after trying 3 times. He was incredibly kind and helpful.
Ryan Lansen is a very rude person. Ryan Lansen doesn't listen to customers. As customers, we need to be heard. And Ryan Lansen replied, "We don't just sit around doing nothing in the office. I'll call you back when we can." I don't think it needed to be said. Ryan Lansen didn't let me finish and hung up on me. That's how you customers are. I would never do business with you again
