Ryan Lansen is a very rude person. Ryan Lansen doesn't listen to customers. As customers, we need to be heard. And Ryan Lansen replied, "We don't just sit around doing nothing in the office. I'll call you back when we can." I don't think it needed to be said. Ryan Lansen didn't let me finish and hung up on me. That's how you customers are. I would never do business with you again
My wife and I became members +5 years ago as we wanted to start putting more of our banking in a local credit union and not a large nationwide bank. My husband passed away in July and within a week occu was calling me to close our joint account. I explained that I wanted to keep it open for a short time to make sure that there were no known auto withdrawals on the account. The bank staff(Ingrid) persisted in badgering me to the point of tears and then stupidly remarked, "I don't want to pressure you", even though she clearly had been!!!
