Been with occu for over 30 years and never had 1 problem with them.
This credit unions customer service has severely diminished. Most recently, they auto renewed my large certificate (per the fine print) into a lower yielding one at maturity. The problem is I reached out prior to maturity and asked them not to do this. They have now ignored two messages in their online portal from me and when I attempted to call the call center to remedy this, the machine stated there was a call queue of 65 people ahead of me.
