Totally different Credit Union now. no service and nobody cares anymore. what a joke OCCU has become.
Staffs were very kind and was helping me to ordered a check book on line.
FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE: THIS CREDIT UNION WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. THEY WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING/WARNING YOU. STAY AWAY.
just nowNEW Do not recommend them. Half the time they misinformed and refuse to send out required paper work. Please save yourself a headache and choose a different bank. One that cares about their members and won't mislead you on a daily basis.
Been with occu for over 30 years and never had 1 problem with them.
