Came in the morning to get documents for my release; I was told to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. At Noon the staff locked up the office for the day, when I asked about my documents they told me that they “forgot to call”. This mess has been on going for a few wks and the 3hrs waiting in the parking lot really made me mad. If I could give a negative score or even a Zero, I would. A One star review is way to high for this place!!! 👎👎👎
I had a great experience here. They fit me into their schedule as a walk-in, and I received compassionate care from the staff and treating physician.
