Occk has been giving me rides to my pt from gypsum to salina due to my total knee replacement surgery a week ago. Yesterday I dropped my phone on the bus, and not being able to drive my self, they had a driver deliver it back home to me this morning, my phone was safe and secure, and my life was able to move forward without the reality of having to cancle it and purchase a new one. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me.
So apparently the drivers don't know how to stop at the stops. Multiple times they have driven past without stopping at the assigned times. This is not okay and should be handled. If you can't do your job you seriously do not need to be a driver. People have to be at work at a certain time. Further more most of the drivers do not know how to drive. Most elderly ride the bus and get slung side to side cause the driver be popping corners like they in NASCAR. Again this is not okay. And don't even get me started when the roads ... read more
