I had the most amazing experience from the moment I walked into the shop to choose a wedding dress until my final fitting. Elena goes above and beyond, my dress fitted me perfectly after lots of alterations as I had lost alot of weight before my wedding day. We visited a number of bridal shops in London and the Southampton area and Elena’s stood out on a number of issues: no hard sell, realistic, allowed enough time, and offering quality without being outrageously expensive. Elena met with us a number of times to make impeccable adjustments to the dress, and gave sensible advice. The tailoring is superb. From the minute I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed, Elena is so friendly and knowledgeable about wedding dresses. She helped pick out the perfect dress for me and I knew straight away that I had found ‘the one.’ Elena undertook the alterations which were completed promptly and to a high standard. I cannot rate Occasions and Elena highly enough! I found my dream wedding dress which Elena beautiful altered to make the perfect fit. Elena’s advice about veils, shoes, accessories etc. was greatly appreciated and she is clearly very knowledgable about the wedding dress industry and tailoring. An all round excellent experience!
