The abuse to the elderly here is out of control. The way they talk to them is so rude and intimidating and don’t change the patients for hours. Bathrooms are badly cleaned every 3 days. Food trays are bring to the rooms while the patient are sleeping and just leave it in there. Plus the CNA if you complained about it your relative pays the price of the abuse by neglecting them.
Staff are very nice and helpful, when added stress from a sister facility shows up for hurricane evacuation, Ocala staff welcome them in and make them feel at home
