I would like to nominate CNA Crystal Warthen for Employee of the Month at Ocala Health & Rehab, in Ocala FL. When my hubby was in her section, Crystal was always there to help him with what he needed and she always had him ready for me each afternoon when I came up to visit him. If he had an "accident", she took care of it without a problem and he never felt embarrassed or bad because he needed immediate help and that is all due to Crystal Warthen!! Ocala Health and Rehab is the most wonderful facility that my husband has ever been in. The administration and staff are the kindest, caring professionals we have ever known. The facility is clean, a comfortable temperature, has comfortable beds and good food. If you want to be cared for in a place that feels like family, this is the place to he.
