My mom came here for rehab and had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely attentive and supportive. Crystal—what can I say—my mom absolutely loved her. The abuse to the elderly here is out of control. The way they talk to them is so rude and intimidating and don’t change the patients for hours. Bathrooms are badly cleaned every 3 days. Food trays are bring to the rooms while the patient are sleeping and just leave it in there. Plus the CNA if you complained about it your relative pays the price of the abuse by neglecting them.
