Seeking help with Ocala Consulting was the best decision I could have ever made for myself. Everyone there genuinely cares about you and does everything they can to help you be the best version of yourself. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming and friendly.
I had been a patient for nearly 6 months when I experienced a bakeract (not by them). I attempted to call during that time to both inform them of what was happening, to which i had been hung up on. Ever since, I have been unable to receive a call back to schedule therapy or psychiatry appointments to maintain a proper medicine schedule. The one day they did call back, I answered and again, was hung up on. I rather liked their therapists but have to reduce my rating due to poor communications/scheduling system. Every single person was so sweet to both me & My kids! I like this place alotnand my son especially loved it and his counselor kevin!! He is awesome keep it up y'all 🤗
