I'm glad I chose Ocala Carpet & Tile! They went above and beyond to make my commercial project meet a very tight deadline. Hands down Archie and Bob do the best tile work I have ever seen and put an incredible amount of work in the prep for the vinyl plank. If you have to pay more, remember you get what you pay for! This has been my go-to place for my remodeling. I was able to get some absolutely gorgeous capet for my home theater as well as the countertops in my home theater concession stand. Ida, who was my sales professional, was the best. She was very good at communicating the next step, and Christine was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. From start to finish, our experience with Ocala Carpet & Tile was superb! Christine offered honest and valuable advice in picking out our tile and helping us with the design. Bobby and Archie did an amazing job with the carpentry work, tile installation, and lighting. The price was very reasonable and there were no surprises. They also worked with our plumber to make sure everything was done exactly as it should be. It turned out beautifully, and we highly recommend working with Ocala Carpet and Tile.
The team at Ocala Capet and Tile is a pleasure to do business with from getting a detailed estimate to visiting their showroom to meet with designer to select the flooring, grout, tile design for entrance to our home. I must add it was a blessing to walk in our home at every stage of work and not find pills of debris and dust every where. From the moment we walked in the door to the final check OCT was fun and professional to work with for our master bath remodel. Christine and Aida were enthusiastic and knowledgeable when sorting through all the tile options and combinations to finally arrive at what we wanted. Never felt pressured in any way. Bob is super as the project manager and goes over and above to meet the customer demands and always with a smile. We are VERY and happy with the end result.
