Just be very aware…. Ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom online to be shipped to my house, paid extra for express shipping to get it in three days. The dress was never shipped to my house. Then they called and asked me to pick it up from the store. When I asked them to ship to me because I have paid extra for it, the guy answering the phone got super rude and said I am canceling your order and hang up on me. I called back to tell them that I will pick it up because it is for the prom, he said he already sold the dress… I ... read more
Beware… if you need to return anything they make it near impossible. Only store credit or exchange and has to be within 3 days of received shipment. I’m original box only! May be good service if you go in person but DO not order online unless you are 100% sure you want the item. Willing to exchange my item and that wasn’t even an option because I missed the window by 2 days! Anyone want a poorly made $398.00 dress? It’s available! Ha… I sure won’t be wearing it!
