Terrible Business Practice & NO Customer service. I I was headed to the 55 freeway around 2:30 pm & I was tailgated by a Orange Mattress Truck from the store to the entrance of the 55 freeway almost hitting our car & Was driving erratic & knowing that i was a female driver & also knowing there was a minor in the car. The driver was even laughing. We tried reporting this situation but the customer service was horrible. Why would you support this type of company.
The mattress retail industry lacks transparency. It's easy to see how salesmen would steer the buyer toward the mattress with the highest margin. No place is different, but I appreciate the fact that this small business has a selection and provides the space to try before you buy. They have some mattresses in stock for immediate delivery. That is convenient.
My wife and I had checked out a couple places before coming here, and I was surprised how many more options there were at OC Mattress. Gregory was incredibly nice, informative, funny, and impressive. My wife was like Goldilocks trying them all out, and we ended up digging the same one - a Posh+Lavish Refine head split CA - incredible... Thanks Gregory and Ed!
