Please please do not use these people as others reply i should of checked there reviews to only find out i was in the same as all these reviews .I booked my reservation with carrentals.com and printed all documents and provided copies of all required insurance that was collision damage waver she then told me she was going to accept the insurance but i had to pay carrental.com requirements of $25.00 ad day for liability remind you that i was renting for 16 days and she added tolls tax and fees for a total of 700.00 on top of... read more

This is a real scam. It deserves a zero. Jose and his wife apparently own the franchise or business and manage it far from any business rules and foundations. Their scam is to attract customers by offering very low prices and then when in their office find any way possible to jack up the amount you have to pay upfront to $500+ by means of additional insurance and other scams. Title: Extremely Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with OC Rent A Car. While the car itself met my needs, the customer service was atrocious. They failed to respond to phone calls, messages via Messenger, WhatsApp, and their email replies were rude and unprofessional.
