Called and messaged them to get an initial appointment and I got no response. Tried three times and even though I was promised a call back, I got no response.
After having a plethora of issues with our internet, audio-video system and cameras I found OC Audio and couldn't be happier! Josh, Jake, and Victor really know what they are doing! OC Audio came in and completely revamped my entire system - from installing a new router, access points, managed switches, new security cameras, receiver, amplifiers and outdoor speakers. Wow-these guys are top notch. Josh, Jake, and Kamran are very professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to Audio/Visual and so much more. They completely revamped our system-installed surround sound speakers, all of our TVs are wireless and hung, WiFi supported through the whole house. They treat each project as if it were their own home/installation. Really high quality, great team.
I am extremely pleased with oc audio Tthey performed excellent services and including customer service and I am a very pleased customer. I will always call them in the future for my audio needs
