Heidi was exceptional. She is definitely a professional at what she does and has the best personality. She made my experience relaxing, comfortable, and I felt like I had known her for years. I have been going to Heidi for 3+ years now. Each time I remember why I keep coming back. Not only does Heidi (and her crew) have amazing customer service, but they treat you like family. I was on a budget this past visit (I know, who likes a budget!) but Heidi made me feel just as amazing if I was going to go all in. She talked through what we could do and made me feel good about staying on budget. I could not recommend Heidi and her team more! Happy to be part of what she is building! <3
