highly recommended. worked wonders on tight neck, shoulders, back and hips. very informative as you go along, comfortable, relaxed experience. various massage therapys available
Professional, comfortable & ambient set-out, has definatley made a huge difference to my pain and helped me gain further awareness over what my body is doing, great expertise and great elmo impressions... what more could I ask for. Also, I used to have a limp with my left leg/foot locking up and that is slowly becoming less and less of an issue! Major improvements.
10/10 Kieran is a magician. I’ve now visited him twice for sports and remedial massage and I will be back. Not only did he ease my aches and pains but with his extensive knowledge and experience he gave me the information and exercises I can use, to not only prevent further discomfort but strengthen the areas holding me back. I can't recommend him enough, he is also kind and welcoming making every appointment enjoyable
