The staff at Obsession are what makes this bike shop special. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and really care about the customer. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Dan From Obsession Bikes I live in San Francisco I thought that I could drive up to Canada and build a Mountain Bike and go ride the trails in North Vancouver, but I got secondary at the border and I have a criminal passed from 30 years ago and Canada would not let me in anyways I purchased a bunch of different items and of E bike frame that's not available in the United States and they were able to get it shipped to me. I stopped by to see if they could fix my scooter tire. They don't actually work on scooters, but the mechanic was incredibly kind and spent a lot of effort trying to help me out. Despite all the effort, they didn't charge me anything. Loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. I'll definitely be coming back for any bike-related issues in the future!
Great service here, I came all the way from surrey to get the proper cranks for my older Bosch e-bike. James was super helpful and found a solution.
I cannot recommend Obsession highly enough. Lovely bunch who always want to help out. James the owner is wonderful and helped fix my saddle and bike fitting. Then my mum had D1 gear issues and they helped us out amazingly. Matt is also awesome! Bike issues? Come here where the obsession is bikes
