Called in looking for a really specific part from a 2019 bike and they send the parts up to whistler really quick and solved the issue What a great customer service and support, what a great bike shop, putting scott bikes name up there with the best customer service. Now i can fix my friends bike !
Went in to get some tires and tubes today. Top tier customer service, super friendly. Great selection of kids mtb gear. Owner threw in some free chain oil. Would highly recommend!
