I had a great experience at Obsession! James helped me out with bike fitting - super knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.
There was a big difference between the quote and final bill, which surprised me. But James called me personally, acknowledged the miscommunication,, educated the team, and reimbursed me fairly. I went from feeling frustrated to highly impressed by how it was handled, feeling heard and valued. Great customer service in the end! I highly recommend them because the team genuinely cares about quality, your experience and treats you with respect.
I had the most incredible experience buying a road bike at Obsession. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. When I went in to get it fitted, Leaf, the young guy that helped me, was amazing! He answered all of my likely stupid questions, and did an amazing job making sure my bike fit me perfectly. Highly recommend!!
