Overpriced, and very expensive shipping. Not worth it
I was excited to receive my Ultimate AR630 Kit along with the EZ extension cord reel. Imagine my surprise when the pressure washer leaked straight out of the box, before it was ever used. Customer support kindly gave me two great options: • ship it back for repair, or • fix it myself with replacement parts Very generous, considering it arrived broken. Highly recommend the tour! You can actually pick up items directly from the warehouse. DMF lights inbound! Retail store open everyday, go around back.
“Brand new” product was sent to me with rust on it. Told by customer service to use 0000 steel wool to clean it up. At the exorbitant prices, I would expect no rust on a new and unused product. After cleaning the recieved item, it looks like someone had dropped it on a cement floor with sand on it.
Your products are great. But your customer service sucks. I bought bottles, labels, tire dressing, and drying aid. But I will never give this company a dime of my money again.
