Absolutely horrible experience!!! These people have no customer service phone number. It’s a scam, sham, total ripoff. If you purchase from OG and you have ANY problem at all you are totally out of luck!! I received a broken pressure washer (which sells on Amazon for less) and now 4 weeks later I still have no replacement! I received the Vacuum System and its missing parts and is unusable as well. Every part of my order had missing parts, wrong parts, no resolution. I’m calling AMEX for help.
