I used Obrian Law for a complex legal case against my old school after being physically assaulted by a house master of a boarding school.. The case was long (5 years) and very trying. The principal solicitor, Tom and his team could not have been more professional, helpful or kind. His team are wonderful. Tom’s legal mind won the day and was the driving force in enabling me to win a considerable settlement from the school. I couldn’t recommend Obrian Law highly enough and would give the 10 stars if I could.
Unsure about this solictor , have never heard from them in regards to my late Mums estate & 2023 , and also have had no correspondence at all since my step fathers passing 2//2025 . Apparently they don’t contact beneficiaries, so realistically how do you know if you are or have been one . We were waiting for mths after our mum for confirmation on what we could or couldn’t do but received nothing . And their being paided and still don’t contact next of kin & beneficiaries .
