This was the second time I have bought a home with Tom Grabinski being my mortgage broker. Tom work with me, endlessly, had the patience of a saint, and kept me calm as I was closing, right after the hurricane. Tom was attentive, accurate, informative, and always made me laugh. He worked really hard to get me into my home on my original closing date as I had a business trip planned the next day. Tom is remarkable and I would suggest anyone that you would use him for your closing. Tom is the BEST!.
