Extremely disappointing. After receiving my $5,000+ retainer, I was essentially ghosted. The retainer was exhausted in less than two weeks with little to show for it, and I was never kept informed about the work being done. Be aware that once you sign, even routine emails may be billed at more than $300 each. You will not feel supported with this firm
