We purchased two bicycles from this establishment. We also had an upgrade on our grandson's bike that was in the $200 range. They were the first dealer in the area to actually have new bikes during covid and we bought My wife one. Nice comfortable bike. My bike was a gift from several years ago. I was looking for a road bike but I liked her bike so much that I settled for the hybrid. Unit had difficulty shifting in a certain gear range from almost day one. I’ve had to go Oberlin bike shop twice so far to get repairs done on my momentum Vida by giant Bicycles the first time was because my derailer was bent and I Needed new tires and tubes. The second time was also for tires and tubes, plus spokes And a new chain, and I can say happily and gratefully say that both times my bike has come out of the shop better than factory new the shop lets you know what you need and they don't mess around they have gone above and beyond for me and i thank them for that
