We had a great experience at Oberlin Bike Shop! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. We actually started our search here, then visited four other bike shops before coming back to Oberlin Bike Shop because nothing else compared. They had the best selection of bikes by far, and their customer service was outstanding. We're so glad we came back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike or expert advice!
