Fantastic customer service and extremely knowledgeable with the purchase of know trek bicycle. I will definitely be back in the future.
First and last time coming here. Brought in a bike tire to have a new inner tube installed with two very young kids in tow. Waited our turn for service, discussed buying a second inner tube as backup while the attendant installed the tube in the tire, and then turned my attention to bike bells with my toddler. I recently had a great experience with the Oberlin Bike Shop when I shipped my bike there from across the country. Tom was extremely helpful, keeping me updated on my bike and reassembling it to peak condition after it arrived. Grateful to have a shop of this caliber in Oberlin and looking forward to returning. Would recommend to anytime interested in bikes!
