Good local bank with good lenders. Jerry in Springfield does a great job.
The service I receive in the bank has been mostly good .but I'm so tired of my card going inactive because I travel alot .I cannot trust this bank to keep my card active .I've spoken to people on the phone and in person.evebody says they will put a note on my account saying I travel ,it still keeps getting turned off .a n d they don't answer their phones after 4 pm even though they should still be open .The number on the back of the card doesn't work after 4 pm .when I opened my account I sat for a hour waiting to be helped ... read more
