If I could give a zero stars I would. Opened acct. For crypto transfer and needed name correction. Flatly refused. Later, brought in a commercial check from a large local utility and ,again, flatly refused to cash or deposit. I'm done with these rural banks. Poor service and mentally agressive. (Addendum, when I went in to close my acct. I think they actually called the local Police on me. If so what monstrous behavior if that is true. If not true I will gladly delete this addendum)
