They almost never show up on time that's even if they show up at all if you can't get your route done why are you even doing transportation

Overall they are very good. Their phone system gets overloaded sometimes when I call to make a reservation and unfortunately it drops the call. I tried calling back multiple times with same result. They need to figure out how to send overflow calls to voice mail without the call dropping.

I’m a disabled veteran confined to a wheelchair and have to be transported in a bus with a lift. We used the shuttle service when we lived in a motel in Hannibal, MO. I would have given their services a 5 STAR in Hannibal, MO. I had to move to Monroe City, MO to find doors and a ramp ADA compliant hallways & doorways. The drivers are diagusting. I run a store and the driver operating vehicle #2214 seems to think it’s acceptable to take a number 2 in the urinal and on the floor INTENTIONALLY! When confronted about it he says he had to go someone was waiting for him to be dropped off. DOGS AND PEOPLE WITHOUT HOME TRAINING ACT LIKE THIS AND IF THIS IS ANY INDICATION OF THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU ENPLOY TO DRIVE US AROUND THAN I WILL WALK!
