OATS transportation is phenomenal! The drivers are understanding and kind. The vehicles are clean and safe. They are ALWAYS on time! I lived in a rural area for 9 years without owning a vehicle and OATS made survival possible on many, many occasions. Thanks OATS, WE LOVE YOU! 👍
They absolutely refuse to do any pick-ups that aren't between 9 A.M.- 12 P.M. They are extremely unreliable and the company has gone downhill so much in the last year. If you or someone in your family is physically disabled, I suggest just getting your own hoyer lift because these people won't help you at all. If I could give zero stars, I would.
