I am extremely disappointed in the services that is being provided to me, thus far. Not sure what the issue is, but today was a complete letdown. I needed a ride to an industrial park and was told the road were bad because of a dusting of snow and this other story about schools being closed. I was able to book with burlington, so thank God for them, but the worst part is, omw to my bus, I saw multiple shuttles running, so I definitely will not be using them for my most important affairs. OATS drivers are super kind and reliable, and the scheduling people are also great. The vehicles are always VERY clean and the drivers regularly sanitize the vehicles to help prevent infection spread. Generally really easy to get a ride scheduled quickly.
