Excellent all the way around
Driver being agressive and nearly running bikes off the road blaring their horn. Also, the office was unwilling to pursue the matter. You’re a driving company, how can this be even remotely okay
I am extremely disappointed in the services that is being provided to me, thus far. Not sure what the issue is, but today was a complete letdown. I needed a ride to an industrial park and was told the road were bad because of a dusting of snow and this other story about schools being closed. I was able to book with burlington, so thank God for them, but the worst part is, omw to my bus, I saw multiple shuttles running, so I definitely will not be using them for my most important affairs.
