The entire process was clear and concise. Ms. Tshiswaka did a great job.
Attended one of their seminars and realized that I had some work to do to prepare for my heirs eventually. Had a planning meeting with Sephora and looked at exactly what I needed to do. I prepared for the planning meeting and was fortunate that I covered all the items needed on the forms. To my delight, everything was ready for me to sign when I arrived! These ladies were very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I am so very pleased with this process.
