The communication from this company is terrible. I had a charge that was piling up with late fees and was only informed about it two years later after having a big list of late monthly fees. I asked kindly to wave the late fees since I was never informed and the board of the company denied it. If you get a chance, stay way from this company and it's services.

4.45$ Fee regardless of how you pay them every month. The “owner” saying there is a way to skip/ work around it is a blatant lie. They try to send you the first bill as late as possible to get a late fee from you since there’s no access to the online portal without it. Just sad attempts by an entitled individual who answers reviews with lies but doesn’t address the issues. I won’t be calling your scapegoat employees buddy.
