Been a customer for 7 years. Had no complaints until now. They recently rolled out a new system, which myself and several, if not all of my neighbors knew nothing about. My bill showed up late, and I couldn't log into their site to see it. Nobody ever answers the phone, so I had to go to the office to get answers, just to find out they had a new system. Today I was assisted by two wonderful ladies at the office on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. Their names are Margie and Ashley. Their professionalism and courtesy were incredible. Thank you for all of your assistance today.
This utilities provider doesn’t answer their phone, ever. There’s no way to leave a voicemail and they don’t reply to emails. You’d be better off installing a well than using this company
I’ve been trying to pay my bill for WEEKS now and nobody will answer the phone. Their online portal isn’t working, and even if I sent a check, I’m not confident anyone would see it. My payment is now due today and I’m SURE they’ll have no problem slapping a late fee on top of it. Not to mention, the “convenience fee” is $4.45 to submit any method of payment online. I’m at a loss here. Horrible service!
If they had a way to give 0 stars I would do that to this company. Got a wrong bill for $473.89 for water. Yesterday I called 87 times and most of them were busy tones. Occasionally I will get through and put on hold for 15 minutes and no one comes to the phone and so it goes to vc mail. Left 3 messages and no one has called me back. Today I have called about 30 times left two messages and sent them two emails.
