Extremely frustrating experience. After my water/sewer bill suddenly increased from about 700–800 gallons per month to over 6,300 gallons, I contacted Oates Energy for an explanation. First, I was told there may have been a leak. Later, I was told the increase was due to months of estimated readings being reconciled after a transmitter repair.
