This place is terrible. you can’t do auto payment. Period. You can’t do a credit card. You can’t even pay your full bill. If it’s over 500 bucks it’s totally bogus company. I can’t believe they took over a water service where I live. They totally are terrible.
Worked with Rebeca to transition utilities to my name & resolve a billing issue. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind & worked with me to ensure everything was resolved quickly . She really understands her product & was a tremendous help in resolving the issue. Thank you Rebeca!!!
Bill almost doubled in a month. Had 1 less person in the house when the bill increased. This happened right after they inspected the meter. I don't trust this company. Neighbor had the same issue.
