I paid my bill at Walmart to my surprise Oates changed my account number now I have to wait to get my money back some how that was the 6th of September it is now the 12th of September no return yet.
Nearly impossible to speak to a person. They changed their payment system, didn’t let any of their customers know and are assessing late fees on their accounts due to their own incompetence.
My very first communication with this company was via mail containing an invoice which said I had a late fee. This was the very first time I’ve received anything (communication, invoice, anything) from this company, how is it possible I have a late fee? I tried to contact them to discuss this but it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone. I’ve called 10 times over 2 days and get put on hold before going to voicemail. I also sent an email via their contact us form and haven’t received a response.
Wish i could put zero stars, ive been trying to reach a live agent for the past month calling nearly everyday, 3 times a day sitting on hold 15mins at a time, i left voicemails, emails, etc... I HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES because i cant reach them!
Horribly run company. Can't log into their new system that everyone is complaining about and cannot get a live person on the phone. But they will sure as sh**t charge me a late fee.
