The last two most recent visits that I had to Oasis, I had waited for over an hr, once almost 2 hrs before the technician that I had made an appointment with, was available. Nobody came forward to tell us about the delay, or apologise. Not even the owner. In April, I had made an appointment for both my daughter and myself for the same time with two different technicians.
