Ok, I do not smoke so why would I be here? Well movie shoot needed a video audition completed & to do so I needed a cigar. I stopped into this place to pick one up, after calling first. They had a small selection of different values of cigars & after explaining they pointed me to the ones I needed. Tony and Andres were great! Worst place ever ! Never again there was a girl who looked like or tired to be a man! Was so rude no professionalism. You lost my business. Fire her it was today info march 13 2026 around 3:30 or 4:00. No customer service, so rude get a new manager. She had kids 🧒 in there. So rude where is the customer service. Because of her you will lose a lot of business! Good luck 🍀👍

I’m 61 years old far from 21 unfortunately they have a hard time guessing my age so require my ID but they want to scan my id not look at it to track what I’m doing and I won’t let them so I leave and go down the street where they’re not interested in scanning my ID and do my business elsewhere and to never return to Oasis
