Most of the strong and amazing people who work in and around healthcare, and especially those who choose to work with the elderly and disabled are some of the strongest and most compassionate individuals I've encountered. Steven, who operates this business is not that. I was very shocked at the manner in which he spoke. Once I realized the type of person I was speaking with, I politely asked to get off the phone.
