I generally am a good sleeper, but after the sand bath, I tend to find I sleep deeply and without dreams. It lasts for up to a week. And then I generally see it’s not as deep. The actual experience of a sound bath, is deeply relaxing. So I’m not surprised I sleep well. And yet it is a delicious experience.
My absolutely favourite place! Darlene is incredible and so personable with care and making you feel right at home. Never been so relaxed in my life and I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated
My Husband and I went to try this in the summer. We walked in very skeptical and walked out the most relaxed we had felt in years. We then brought our 3 kids who all have adhd and/or autism and usually never stop going with energy. Oasis was able to fit us in last minute for a couple's date after another reflexologist fell through. It was meant to be! I have NEVER felt as deeply grounded as using the PEMF bed.
