I want to give thanks to all of the staff for how they have treated me with respect. Especially to the nursing staff on hall 2, to the physical therapy staff for their hard work and dedication to helping me, to the kitchen staff for their professional ethics, and to the administration for treating me with respect. And to some of the residents that I have become friends with.

Words cannot fully express how grateful my family and I are for the exceptional care my 95-year-old mother has received at this rehabilitation and nursing center. This place is absolutely horrible if you care about your love one please don't pick this place I took my father here and let me just say he was there for only 48 hours and I brought him back home with me the staff is very unorganized nothing was prepared for my dad's arrival even though they had an extra full day to prepare. The staff is horrible the place is dirty the not well kept at all please don't let the pictures fool you I wouldn't recommend anyone to choose this place not at all.

I wish to commend two individuals at the Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley. Carol Sudol of the Admission staff is outstanding because of her empathy and concern, as well as her prompt responses to questions. From prior to my loved one's admission to throughout her stay, Carol has been the one continued contact for us. Carol is "out and about" in the facility on a daily basis to check in with residents and their families. My Dad stayed here for 2 weeks.The staff is great, very friendly. The food is not good very mushy and salty.
