Last week I booked a 45-minute massage at the Wenige Dr clinic. The massage was very relaxing but was only 32 minutes long. When I asked the RMT, he said the initial paperwork (which took about 5 minutes) was included in his timing. I paid for the 45 minutes and had expected a full 45 minutes massage.
